It's such a big problem for so many beginners. Just a short episode on the right initial

strengthening exercises for feet, glutesies shoulder core the right mindset even basic

stuff like start working on everyday posture as it has huge effects in running and swimming basics

in sleep and good nutrition maybe not enough content but i know personally i would have given
