So I'm celebrating with you.

I'm raising a virtual toast to you.

To be honest, every day kind of feels

like International Women's Day to me.

I've dedicated my entire life, my entire career

to the advancement of women, to the empowerment of women.

I've written nine books to empower women.

I've got this podcast.

I've just, my entire, just like reason for being on this earth,

I truly feel like is to help women feel like it is safe

to be more of themselves, feel like they can accomplish

whatever they want to accomplish,

and to show women that we rise by lifting others.

So as I was thinking about what I wanted to talk about

for this episode, I thought that it would be most useful

to kind of talk about what it looks like to step

into the woman that you want to be.
