| 0:06.0 | I'm Mary Mechley and welcome to the final episode in our series, Managing Crisis Fatigue. |
| 0:15.0 | And it seems these days that there's one crisis after another, politically, economically, socially right in the midst of a pandemic. |
| 0:27.0 | You can be feeling burned out, burned out from your work, from relationships, from taking care of yourself. |
| 0:38.0 | You may find yourself tired of the same old thing. |
| 0:43.0 | And this is perfectly natural. |
| 0:47.0 | In fact, it's to be expected because when you experience so many different crises, it's difficult to focus. |
| 1:00.0 | It's difficult to get your enthusiasm and your zest for life back into action because there's so much taking your time and your energy. |
| 1:13.0 | There are so many different, extenuating circumstances that seem to be happening all at once that you might not be sure where to focus or how you can get ahead or how you can get back on track. |
| 1:28.0 | So you simply feel fatigued, burned out. |
| 1:33.0 | You know you can do what you need to do but you might find that you just don't have the energy. |
| 1:42.0 | Or the ambition. So take care of yourself as you go through these uncertain times and know that there's also a lot of great things happening. |
| 1:54.0 | And especially during times that seem to be chaotic, pay close attention to what makes you happy in your own life. |
| 2:06.0 | The small, simple pleasures and do a lot of self-care. |
| 2:11.0 | That is why your challenge this week was all about setting healthy boundaries. |
| 2:19.0 | And how are you doing with your challenge? |
| 2:23.0 | Did you notice that you said a few boundaries that maybe you needed to set, but they were hard to do and you did it anyways. |
| 2:32.0 | Or maybe you didn't actually get around to doing it but you at least thought about the kind of boundaries you needed in your life. |
| 2:40.0 | It's all good. |
| 2:42.0 | You can take this in stages. |
| 2:44.0 | The sooner you begin to notice the areas in your life where you feel most provoked. |
| 2:52.0 | Or maybe that are the most toxic. |
