1:39.8 | like being aware of your conditioned thoughts and your reactive emotions that, you know, have been programmed within you in your childhood and traumatic events to really choose and decide how you want to feel and who you want to be, how you want to respond in this moment, instead of just being like a bundle of reflexes. |
