Boys, what's up? I was thinking back to the 2018 draft in right before the Bears made their selection of Rokane Smith. Vic Fangio came to the media room and said, guys, I got a whole one today on a part three on a local course. It's going to be a good night. And we've not heard from Dennis Allen. I'd like to think he had a whole one or some big moment yesterday before they took Dylan Thetam in there. But a lot of excitement here at Alice Hall is the newest bear has arrived.

So wait a minute. So what happened after Fangio had the hole in one? What happened that night? He was Ryan High, and they got their star linebacker in Roquant Smith. He knew he said, we're going defense tonight. I got a good feeling. We're going to get a playmaker, and he was right. Well, you know, yeah, I mean, I assume the vibes are great for Theanmen.

They're great around here, frankly.

Every show, every expert, hell, the Oregon, D.C. was on today. We had the Purdue DC on today. It feels like a victory for the scouts and a victory for polls too, even in valuing the safety position that high, doesn't it?

It really does. Look, they wanted to match positional need with the best player available, and I really feel like they did that. They had a couple other options as well, and Ryan Poles even said, like, they looked at the opportunity to potentially move down. This is not really a draft where there's going to be a lot of movement down. It's not a tremendous draft where there's that substantial need for a lot of teams, but they were perfectly
