What we're going to be talking about today is humbling yourself. When was the last time that you humbled yourself?

And you might be asking, what do I mean by that? I mean by taking yourself out of your head, out of your day-to-day process,

out of the same crap that you do, usually probably routines, and completely humbling yourself.

I mean completely taking the legs out from under yourself and putting them into a humbling experience.

You know when people always talk about going onto your knees, that's a humbling experience.

Well, if you were to take your legs out from under yourself and humble yourself, what would you need to do to do that?

And think about this. Most of the world's problems and most of your problems, I'm sorry to say it, it's you as well.

It's all of us, but most of the world's problems comes from selfishness.

Most of your problems come from selfishness.

You are most likely a selfish person. We are all selfish people unless we push ourselves to be self-liss.

We are naturally selfish. And that's probably why if you're not happy with where you are,

why you always want more or why you're complaining or worrying about where you currently are,

worrying about the future, the reason why is because you're focusing on yourself.

You're focusing on yourself too much.

And the problem is that we're so caught up in the day-to-day BS that we have,

that we don't take any time to get outside of ourselves, to get outside of our heads,

and to really look at how great our lives actually are.
