Hey everybody Rob mower here and today we are talking about some rumors on

Tesla's battery plans as well as a follow-up from Alameda County in a question and

answer release that they published yesterday and some news on the long-range model 3 for China.

Tesla stock and the overall markets rallied towards closed today with Tesla finishing up 1.6%, 803.33 cents and the

All right, first thing today, just some quick news to round out the conversation on Alameda County and Tesla and their production

status in Fremont. Yesterday we had discussed how they had come to an agreement, but that release was pretty

sparse on details. Well today we did get a little bit more detail from a Q and a release from the

Alameda County Public Health Department. Quite a few of these questions

addressed Tesla with the first one bringing up a point that we were

wondering about. What had Tesla changed from their original safety guidelines that

Alameda County now feels comfortable with them augmenting their minimum basic operations.

The first part of the answer is kind of humorous, well not really humorous I would say, but kind of ridiculous.
