Hey everybody Rob Mower here and today we are talking about the schedule for Battery Day and the Tesla shareholder meeting.

All right, so over the weekend we finally got an update on the revised schedule for Tesla's much anticipated

battery day in a response to a few questions on the timing of the shareholder meeting and whether

or not the cyber truck would be there.

Elon said,

yes, but we will have to postpone annual shareholder meeting,

as still no large gatherings allowed by July 7th.

Not sure of new date, but I'm guessing maybe a month or so later,

end quote.

And then followed that tweet up by saying

that it would probably be good to combine a battery day with the shareholder meeting since they are

quote converging in time, end quote, and that Elon was hopeful that they could announce a date

after the week of the 4th of July.

Then yesterday, a couple days later we got a new tweet from Elon, apparently settling

on a proposed or tentative timeline for now, saying, quote, tentative date for Tesla shareholder

meeting and a battery day is September 15th

will include tour of cell production system end quote so a couple interesting

implications from that the first of which is the location Tesla owners of East Bay ask if that meant it was

definitively in Fremont and Elon replied saying yes and then of course this also
