We've been usually talking about a basketball butterfly effect,

about how if one thing could have gone differently,

all of NBA history could be dramatically altered,

kind of like, you know, back to the future.

That's the power of love.

But instead, what we're going to talk about today is what we're calling forgotten greatness of the last generation.

Players not remembered or really referenced in today's NBA, but absolutely should be.

And our rules for these players, we've got about six of them, nine technically as you'll find out. But our rules are no Hall of Famers, no slam dunk champs, no three-point shootout champs,

no one who is in any way kind of pop culture famous, no one who is in any way political famous.

We're not talking to Mahmoud Abduloud Abdulawu for Craig Hodges.

Bless those dudes.

We're talking about people who literally just aren't talked about.

Not the sort of people who people say, you know who's never talked about, that person.

No, because then that person is being talked about.

These are people who aren't being talked about,

even by people who don't talk about people

that you're not supposed to talk about.

Or words to that effect.
