Hello everybody and welcome to the bald move TV podcast where the officially

going to be talking about the season premiere of season two of Barry the

HBO comedy hilarious side splitting comedy about an assassin the people he

kills and the mental and emotional anguish that him and those around

him suffer as a consequence. You know I think you're setting up this juxtaposition

between comedy and drama but that's kind of Barry in a nutshell, right?

This show is so unique in its tone.

And like, I look at

things like Breaking Bad where they kind of seamlessly blended different you know tonal things like very

funny at times but also very serious and very dark.

This show seems to do that seamlessly even in a single scene. It will take a scene from

hilariously comic to incredibly dark and emotionally disturbing in the blink of an eye and somehow it

holds together.

You are really taking my introduction and running with it sir because also as soon as we get them talking about

Barry we're gonna have Cecily coming to the studio I'm just so excited I know I can

tell we're gonna have Cecily coming to the studio we're gonna talk about

American gods this this this week's

episode of that so let's just piggyback onto your rant it's not a rant if it's
