Barry Murphy was indicted by a grand jury charging him with first-degree murder in the death

of his wife, Suzanne.

Suzanne vanished during a bike ride on Mother's Day in 2020.

Her remains were found by the Colorado Bureau of Investigations in 23, about 40 miles from the Morphew home.

The multi-page indictment is giving some new details about the case, including texts showing Suzanne had been talking about divorce days before her death.

An autopsy on her remains found evidence that a wildlife tranquilizer called BAM was matched to her bones.

A tranquilizer rifle and darts were found in a safe in the Morphew home.

Record showed that when Suzanne died, her husband was the only private citizen in the entire area of the state who had access to BAM,
