It was fantastic seeing you, albeit for too little yesterday and being back and having a spectacular week and just things are

great. Yeah, exactly. It's nice to have several people back in the building who haven't been

recently. Yeah, it is. It's almost like a homecoming. Yeah, it really is. It's been very nice. So, yes, I enjoyed seeing you yesterday as well, uh, albeit in an alley for 75 seconds, but. I'll be it in the, in the alley where I just was. I will tell you when I drove up today, Gary, let's see if I've got the picture handy that I can show you the, you might

It's the, all of the discussions about downtown, you know, the guy I really feel sorry for.

I know it's horrible to say you feel sorry for a billionaire, but I do feel sorry for this guy. The owner of Korean Airlines who built this spectacular building across the street and spent, supposedly at

least, spent a billion dollars of his own money building this state of the art

environmentally conscious beautiful building in kind of a plaza across the street that is the

intercontinental it's a site to see i mean it's you know it's easy to take for granted because it is

across the street and we walk by it every single day.
