Earlier this week, Steve Bannon turned himself into authorities after he was indicted

on charges of contempt of Congress.

Bannon was charged because he had refused to even acknowledge his subpoena from the

house's January 6th Select Committee saying that his lawyer told him to refuse.

When he showed up at the FBI, Bannon came with his own media, live streaming, to a conservative

website and turning the event into a celebration of his resistance.

But now it does come the hard part.

Tom, time works in Bannon's favor.

Courts rarely move quickly and eventually there will be a new Congress, which could bring

this entire investigation to a halt.

So my guest today is Abbey Lowell.

To say he's simply an attorney is an understatement.

He's represented both Democrats and Republicans in high profile government cases.

My friend Tony Cohner-Hizer likes to call him the smartest man that he knows in Washington.
