0:36.7	We had a suspicion this was happening, Secretary of State Blinken said that the United States
0:41.1	and other countries had been talking about this, but Joe Biden making it official late
0:45.3	this morning in a public statement that the U.S. is no longer importing Russian energy.
0:51.3	Today, I'm announcing the United States is targeting the main artery of Russia's economy.
0:57.0	We're banning all imports of Russian oil and gas and energy.
1:01.6	That means Russian oil will no longer be acceptable at U.S. ports, and the American people
1:05.4	will deal another powerful blow to Putin's war machine.
1:10.8	This is a move that has strong bipartisan support, the Congress, and I believe in the country.
1:16.5	Americans have rallied to support their Ukrainian people, and made it clear we will not
1:21.5	be part of subsidizing Putin's war.
1:24.1	So like we said, Jim, this one's a mix.
1:25.7	The good news is that this could help to further cripple Russia's war machine.
