And as she were describing her so-called issue, I asked her a question because she said, the other day, she said, I just didn't feel like doing anything. I just laid

around, lased around, and I said to her, were you okay with that? She said, well, yeah, but then I started to feel guilty. And so we

talked about the feeling of guilt, where that came from. And she said to me, well, everyone around

me is always talking about living your dreams, having purpose in your life, changing the world,

you know, doing the big stuff. And also sitting around

and doing nothing, I'm being useless and inefficient. So I said to her, I said, well, a couple

of things. First of all, it's not all about purpose and external goal setting and achievement. Achievement is good if it's founded on a healthy

sense of self. Like if I'm content with who I am, if I feel good in my skin, if I have this

attitude that, I think, you know, and screw the world right now, I'm going to

spend the next two hours putting my feet up and watching a movie or laying back, doing nothing,

or meditating, or taking a walk. Beautiful. That's nice. You're living in the moment. You're
