You know, some mornings we will wake up and realize that the well is kind of dry.

And it's like it was a sudden occurrence, but really it was a gradual erosion that just

nodded away at our spirit, like water over the rocks.

You know, sometimes we kind of identify the exact moment this depletion happened, this

burn out happened, but when it does happen, it's beyond obvious.

You know, the heart was maybe once an overflowing fountain.

And now it feels like it's been completely to have dry, you know, begging for something

for purpose, for a single drop to just make a feel whole again.

And in a world that, you know, glorifies the act of giving, it is easy to overlook the

beauty and necessity of receiving, my friend.

We are often told that the more we give the richer we become in spirit.

And there is truth to this.

But what is often left unsaid is that even the richest minds need time to replenish or

house they will run, try, they become empty.

Giving is not just an act, but an energy that sometimes needs to be recharged, refilled,

and sometimes simply left alone to heal.

It is an uncomfortable realization.
