0:27.1	On Tuesday, August 1st, suspected serial killer Rex Huriman appeared in court for a hearing

0:34.1	The 59-year-old architect had been accused of killing three women and is assessed back

0:39.9	As a part of the hearing, the prosecution said they turned over to the defense numerous
0:43.9	hard drives, as well as 2,500 pages of documents and photographs, including DNA reports

0:51.0	Huriman's attorney claimed numerous times that he hadn't seen any evidence and made
0:55.2	clear that his client would not even be considering a plea deal.
0:59.6	Brown said, there's no plea deal.
1:01.8	He said from the moment I met him, I did not do this, so we're prepared to go forward.
