0:50.5	that just hit me so strongly this week. I know I've read it before because it's color
0:56.0	Bible marked and stuff, but I could not have remembered even a line of it before sitting down and
1:01.1	looking at it. And there's this simple piece of imagery. You see the title of the episode today,
1:06.5	Bag of Seed that's just been playing in my mind over and over. So I'm glad to share this with you.
1:11.6	I hope it builds out this sense of optimism and stored potential energy helps you with
1:17.4	goal setting and planning and just stepping out in faith. In many ways, today's content feels
1:23.3	like a throwback to the early years. You know, I started this thing in January of 2019. And for that
1:28.8	first couple of years, we did a lot in that vein, in the vein of goal setting and planning and 30-day
1:35.7	rungs on a ladder to build out the year and really just thinking that if I do 1% better every day,
1:42.0	then the numbers explode into achievements that I can't even imagine
1:46.8	in the future. We still do that occasionally, but it feels like now we mix it in a little more
1:51.8	sparsely. So today is a nice revisit to that. I think the best way to get going is for me to read
