I'm Pete, joined by Mike.

And Mike, there is a great sense of optimism around the team.

Every Laker fan that I talked to is really excited about the games coming back.

And today's the first day where the Lakers come back to practice.

We're recording before that, but only a couple hours before then. And so, for all intents and

purposes, done with the All-Star break. And the Lakers have a shot, right? We got this team where about half the

roster has turned over. I'm really excited about what we saw in a couple of games with them, but there's a lot of work to do, Mike, and so that's what I wanted to talk about today is Lakers are getting back to work, and there's a lot of work ahead of us with not a lot of time to do it.

I'm curious your impressions of this idea Mike from the people you talk to around the team

kind of where is the mindset in terms of what the work ahead is?

I think that's all pretty obvious and commonplace for, like, I think they all know and have a pretty similar vision of what they have to do,

and it's win a lot more games than they lose.

To me what the more interesting aspect of that is how they do it from a basketball perspective and
