And it's my honor to present the National Championship trophy once again the coach Kirby Smart and the Georgia Bulldogs.

Kirby, what a spectacular performance you talk about aggression, you talk about leaving no doubt.

Now that you've accomplished back-to-back championships, how do you describe the legacy that this team leaves?

This bulldog nation leaves a legacy for coming all the way out the tally and representing our home university and our state.

These kids have been unbelievable all year. People have doubted them since the start of the year and the staff, the organization, everybody's done a tremendous job.

When you think about what it took to keep the focus going and the difficulty, which you know better than anyone else, how difficult it is to repeat.

What quality did this team show that allowed them to do that?

A lot of grit, a lot of toughness, but the word we use around our place is connection.

Every one of our guys know, we stay connected, we're hard to beat.

We're hard to beat tonight. That was a good championship performance as we've seen in any sport in a long time and perhaps have our Kirby congratulations.

And I guess the way things are going the last couple of years, we'll see you in Houston next year. Go Dogs!
