Nice to have you along on this semi-wintery kind of day here in downtown Pittsburgh and be joined shortly by Chris Halleck,

who was over on the South Side covering the Mike Tomlin Press conference.

Really only one thing became news out of that.

And that was what was spoken pretty much right at the top.

And that's that Aaron Rogers does in fact have a break in his wrist, but it does not need surgery.

Now, he's not going to sit there and discuss with us the degrees to which is a fracture, small fracture, micro fracture,

or any of that stuff.

But what he is going to say is, and did say, is he's going to let the week play out,

which means he's not even ruling out Rogers for Sunday in Chicago.

I find that crazy.

But then Tomlin continued, unsolicited,

and talked about how he communicated with Rogers

and how Rogers really, really wants to play.

In fact, he spoke, and it's right over here on the big blue board,

that Rogers wanted to go back in the game.

Okay.

In the 2024 NFL season, when Rogers was playing for the other jets,

he started all 17 games.

He has a thing about this, and it is not a knock.

It is not a criticism.
