What a week it has been.

For me, hope you've had an amazing week, an amazing end of October, a very happy Halloween, and an easy start to Mercury Retrograde, which just

started. I am officially coming at you today from Nosara Costa Rica. So you might hear some loud crickets in the background

or a booming thunder and some rain out of nowhere. So just forgive my background noise if you hear it

because I'm in a makeshift studio down here in Guantacaste, the province of Guantacoste, which is on the

western side of Costa Rica, right on the

Pacific Ocean. I get to watch the sunset every night, and I am here for a whole month,

working on my book, ideally finishing my book while I'm down here. We will see. So send me some good
