Namaste everybody. My name is Lisa A. Romano. I am the Breakthrough Life Coach. And I primarily coach

adult children of alcoholics and are looking for something a little bit more than the 12-step

meetings that they're going to. And I am also a life coach for children who have been abused by

narcissistic parents or parents who perhaps are very well

intended but did a very poor job at helping their children feel seen.

And this collective body of human beings that we are, and there are millions of us, millions

of us, children who were raised by parents who did not know or did not appreciate the importance

of helping a child feel seen and let's just get clear before we move ahead when I say

help a child feel seen I'm not talking about the color of my hair or the color of my eyes.

I'm talking about a psychological visibility.

I'm talking about an emotional visibility.
