Pegasus Airlines 737 800 overran the runway, landing in Istanbul, and initial reports indicated that everyone on board had survived, but later on the airline confirmed that there were three fatalities.

It's still unclear. I haven't seen anywhere

whether or not that was passenger crew or a combination thereof, still waiting for confirmation on that information.
