Part of that is true. I have nowhere to be.

Yeah, half the show is going to be Boeing.

It didn't have to be Boeing. But it is. This is usually the case with Boeing, isn't it? So here's where we start. I'll start with the NTSB's headline because man it's a well it's a bad one

The NTSB's headline on the press release says Boeing sanctioned for sharing non public investigative

information with media on 737 max nine door plug investigation.

Yikes! Yikes! Yeah, the DSP was not pulling any punches about what happened here, which they were quite preemptive as well. I think what they're talking about here was during a media briefing that was still, I think it was still embargoed by

the time NTSB actually said what the hell are you doing? So they really jumped ahead of this

from before the public even knew what they were talking about.

I'm going to quote from the press release here.

Elizabeth Lund, the senior vice president for quality at Boeing commercial airplanes,

gave a long planned media briefing briefing and I'm going to add

some emphasis here without the knowledge or consent of the NTSB.

Continuing the quote at which she released non-public investigative information and made

unsubstantiated speculations about possible causes of the January 5th door plug blowout, which is directly at issue in the ongoing investigation.
