Hey everybody welcome to a very special series we're doing here on this week in

startups. I get asked constantly the most basic questions about how to run a startup.

So we're starting a series called Legal Basics. Just the basics. Now you think you might know the basics you're on your second or third startup, but this stuff changes and evolves. I would say on a cadence that's, you know, every five to ten years.
