This is like, are you kidding me? In like 45 seconds, it's like the only thing that sells is sub two. Yeah, we know. If y'all are doing cash deals out there, you want to learn how to do sub two deals. It's Laydown City. 2025 is the year of sub two. 71% of real estate agents did not sell a single house last year in 2024. In 2025, it's going to be worse. So real estate agents, just like her, are going to be in a lot of pain. You need to learn sub two. These are just like lap deals. |
