Hey everybody, happy Sunday. Sunday service is live, as it always is, every week, 7 p.m. Arizona time.

And today, by special request, we're going to be talking specifically about tax depreciation,

which I think is probably one of the most boring topics of all time unless you are actually making money.

And so I look at other people that are talking about it and why people don't talk about it.

And it comes down to that one thing. People don't talk about stuff that is boring or not important to them at the time.

And as you start getting into this world of real

estate investing, you start realizing how critically important corporate structuring, LLC structuring,

tax structuring, tax strategy really, really becomes because a lot of times, like I look at guys,

I have, you know, I have this artist that's

painting this backdrop and I have an artist painting this whole wall. And this artist,

Jay Valentin, incredible, incredible guy talking about all these rappers that he does artwork

for and how they're making two, three, four million dollars a month.

But at the end of the day, they pay half of it, you know, to taxes.

They don't have anything to invest because they're living, you know, they got 50 people on payroll and all this kind of stuff.

I just finished talking to him about this and I'm just like, wow, these guys, like,

instead of giving that money to

the IRS, they could be building cash flowing assets. So at some point, they don't turn into a

Scotty Pippen from the Chicago Bulls, if anybody knows that story or other famous athletes,

but none of them buy real estate. And so they just pay all this money to taxes. So we're going to

jump into why you should care

about it first and foremost. So that's where I want to start. I want to start with why you should

care about not paying the taxes. Now, do I not pay zero? Do I pay zero taxes? No. I pay plenty of taxes.
