Hey everybody, this is the Bruloscopy podcast. I'm your host Marshall shot, and today I am joined by

a couple of the best beer reviewers, this side of the King River, maybe? No, something like that.

Yeah, that works. That's right, that's Justin Pretzer and Craig Fry to review the seventh

installment of the Bruclub's average brew beers. For this quarter, the style members of the

Bruclub chose to focus on is one that I absolutely love. Germany's oldest beer style that was

brewed over two centuries ago by monks in Dusseldorf, Altbeer. Now, as you may have noticed,

we are missing an important piece of our puzzle today. Well, Timmy Tim, who had some other

obligations, his daughters into golf, and so he has to go do that kind of stuff. But rest assured,

he will be back for future reviews, unless we tell him not to come back. He's being a good

dad today. He's a good old man. Normally, he's our dad. He's actually a real dad today. He's on

strike. I can see him outside of walking the sidewalk. He's picking up. He wants better working

conditions. I'm sure we're going to have fun regardless, but either of you guys, we're

drinking a beer right now, but have either of you guys prior to this one ever had an Altbeer.
