I'm John Bachelors.

Julian Assange is incarcerated in Great Britain.

He's been detained and incarcerated or contained in some fashion since 2010.

His original offense, according to the United States, is to violate secrecy rules to

mishandle documents.

In general, he is wanted by the United States for being a security risk.

He is an Australian national, however.

And I welcome Scott Maiman of CBS News to report that there are Australian legislatures

who have traveled to Washington from all possible political points of view to seek Julian Assange's

liberation from Great Britain where he is now held pending extradition to the United

States.
