Very well, how are you? I'm doing very well. Thank you. I'm back from a week off.

Very nice. Very nice. What did you do? I sleep-trained my child.

How do you sleep-trained a child? Oh, honestly, Sullivan, it was horrendous.

Yeah, my child was my good sleeper to the point where so my mum was a midwife.

Well, she was, you know, when she was a working woman, and I was, I was always told that I was a

bad sleeper, like a terrible sleeper. Tales of woe, my parents would tell me about like how I wouldn't sleep.

And my mum came to stay with us and she was like, oh, she's not a good sleeper.

She's like, oh, you were never this bad.

Oh, my goodness. Which made me feel slightly better because at one point I was like, am I just

bad at this? Am I just like struggling for no reason? Yes, yeah, which I'm sure every parent feels

when they first have a child. Yeah, but as it turns out, my mother midwife was like, oh, no,

she's dreadful. You need to sort this out right proper now. It's the kid that's the problem.

It's not you. You're fine. Thanks, mum.

So we, I won't go through the whole process. We had to pay for a course and got like one-to-one

sort of like guidance and stuff from a sleep training expert because it's actually a bit of a

controversial topic amongst parents about like sort of like a mummy blogs and things like that

about whether you should sleep train a child. And there are some people who think that it is cruel

and unnatural. Oh, and there are some people who are just like, I'm tired.

Oh, the baby just, but like in more real terms, it's like, babies can sleep on their own
