The Best Five Pounds I Ever Gained. I have something I want to share with you. I have been the happiest

in regards to my eating and exercise in the last eight weeks than I have my entire life, and I gained

approximately five pounds in this entire process. I have not been extremely public about all the changes I've made because as with all things, I want to test them on myself before I mention them to anyone else. Sometimes it's difficult to be in the middle of your own journey, regardless of what phase you are in, being in the public eye. You all have been with me since shortly after hitting my

goal weight and so much has changed in that time and I can imagine it will only continue to change.

I felt extremely compelled to share with you what I've been going through because so many of you
