shout out jet who asked if we would do a pot on the best way to approach an auction draft

of the zero rb focus basically everything we do has what you might

call a zero rb focus i love talking about auctions because without the draft constraints and

adp and those things it's a lot more open-ended from i just think from a strategy discussion perspective

about how extreme you can get in your allocations of your budget and all those types of things.

And so, yes, it will be, you know, somewhat zero RB focused.

But also we just wanted to talk through auctions generally.

We did.

And as you mentioned, auctions are so much fun because you don't

have to worry about draft slot. If you get the nine, the 10, the 11 in a normal draft, this season,

it felt like last season it turned out not to be true. And they turned out not to be true this year,

but you feel like you're starting from behind in an auction you make your own way you don't have

that excuse and also you don't have that limitation right you don't have to worry about these flat

areas where maybe in a dynasty startup for example you would trade down but in normal redraft

you're kind of sitting there and you're like I prefer just to take like three players two rounds

from now as opposed to having to draft here in an auction obviously you can set yourself up to do that kind of thing and as you mentioned ben

you can take just such a wide variety of approaches and it's going to benefit drafters who

have set themselves up to be prepared and are going to be flexible in how they approach the auction.
