Hey guys, before we jump into today, it's Ferg Friday with Justin.

Of course, we recorded this.

And then about an hour, hour and a half afterwards, the news broke that

Auburn freshman wide receiver Hal Presley is transferring out of the program.

And of course, he's a guy that I mentioned on the podcast today.

One of the listener questions that

we get to is, I think Colonel Steve asked it. He asked the question, who's a guy that could

possibly surprise us? We list several guys. Hal Presley is one of them. Obviously, ignore that

part of the podcast, but Hal Presley was a three-star guy in this class and he is from Texas.

And based on the stuff that I'm reading, it looks like he got, uh, he got a little homesick,

missed his friends and family.

And he will have been committed to Auburn.

He enrolled.

Sounds like he was on campus for a week or so.

And I guess it didn't feel right.

And so he is now back home in Texas.

He was committed to Baylor originally and then decommitted.

And I believe it was down to Auburn in USC, if I remember correctly.

So obviously he picked Auburn, but yeah, he will never actually practice with the team,

despite being committed in signing because he wasn't here for spring.

So very interesting.

We'll talk more about the ripple effect on Monday show, but just wanted to put that disclaimer out there.
