What's going on, guys? Welcome back to the Dreamy Skept of this podcast from radio show.

0:03.2

Coming to you on this Sunday morning here real quick. I want to drop a podcast on you because I've got a real busy week here and then a heavy travel schedule coming up. I'm going to get you guys a lot of stuff next week as well. And this one is about attitude and how attitude is everything. And I'm kind of dragging ass today, today so apologize if I sound a little bit tired

0:21.1

here but usually Saturday is kind of my flow day to mix on you know some weak point training and

0:26.2

some other things but my homie Andrew Connor came into town and Andrew was my guy at Reebok for a long

0:33.0

time for about five years he kind of ran the athletes over at Reebok and owe him a lot to a super cool dude. He gets it for a young guy. He really has his shit together. And he's a hustler, man. And an athlete. And he'll say, like, right now he's like, well, I'm not in the greatest shape because he's changing careers and he's doing some other stuff. But he's done, you know, Iron Man's before. So obviously, you know, how out of shape can you be if you've done full triathlons? It's a different level of badass. So he comes in and he brings in Candace as well. And Candice used to be over from Bodybuilding.com. And now she's over at OPEX here. And she's a gangster in her own right doing handstand walks on the turf and shit as she's finishing up our workout yesterday. But I took them through our 2,200 series. And essentially, I've only had, I think, three dudes total prior get through it. And I'm one of the dudes. And two females get through it. And now the workout is 100 kouss on the assault bike. It is a 1K row, a 1K a 1k ski and a 100 yard sled push men in under 17 minutes

1:30.8

women under 22 minutes just for the fact of the assault bike is going to take women longer they're not

1:36.1

as heavy they don't have a big of a push typically as dudes do and they both completed it

1:42.1

ridiculously hard ridiculously badass andrew in about 1630 something and Candace in just under 21 minutes, which is super impressive. If you guys don't know, obviously, if you're riding an assault bike, to do 100 cows for a lot of you guys, that's probably going to take you, if you're booking ass, five minutes. A lot of you guys probably six, seven, or eight. Now, if you're a and it takes you eight minutes, it's basically going to be impossible for you to get the rest of the

1:44.4

workout done.

2:04.4

So you have to hustle. The problem is, obviously, if you, you know, kind of gas on the bike,

2:08.9

it makes the row and the ski, you know, pretty miserable. And then obviously you still got to push

2:12.6

a heavy-ass sled down on 100 yards of turf. So shout out to those guys for coming in and pushing me,

2:18.1

you know, to, other than, you know, mobility and some bro stuff, that was essentially

2:21.5

my workout yesterday. But man, I felt great afterwards, but I am dragging ass right about now.

2:26.0

So anyways, point being those guys are gangsters and the people you guys surround yourself

2:32.3

with does make a difference in terms of how you train and how you move and how you feel throughout your life. So with that said, I'm just going to jump into today's podcast on attitude is everything. And I believe this. I think most of your success and happiness in life can be tied to your attitude. And I think, you know, gratitude and perspective kind of fall into that same you know triangle of three things that

2:51.8

dictate you know the way you see the world and how you live it and i've talked about this before

2:55.0

another podcast it's how two people can grow up in the same house with the same parents and have

3:00.0

the same experiences in the same city and essentially the same kind of you know life and one person

3:05.3

can think it was great one person can think is the most miserable thing ever. Because perspective is real. And your attitude on the world and how you choose

3:12.2

to see it is a real thing. And your attitude is everything. Because you cannot control many of the

3:17.0

things that happen to you in this life. You just cannot. But what we can control is our attitude
