If you break things into bite-sized pieces, sort of like alcoholic, drug addicts, gambling

addicts, there are a lot of different weight lifters.

There are a lot of different fields of endeavor that people learn, that the best way to accomplish

a big goal is to break it into the here and now because that's all you can actually
