Reading during the break, some of your emails about the focus you were going to put on today

as the day for one day.

You know, the older I get, the more I begin to understand based on my body of work in

the course of my lifetime, that all of us have goals and aspirations.

Just all of which we fail to achieve.

And it's not because we're evil people.

It's not even necessarily because we're lazy people.

It's because, just as with everyone else, life gets in the way.

We have the best of intentions to lose weight, let's say.

And maybe at one point in our lives, we did lose weight and we felt great and we're

going to do it again.

But we don't do the things necessary to put ourselves in a position to do that.

So I give you an example unrelated to losing weight because there's so many other goals

we have that we don't accomplish.

A fellow who's a relatively young CPA and he said he's had another job for the last

10 years going back to being a CPA.

And he said, I read your email and I decided today was going to be the one day.

If you break things into bite-sized pieces, sort of like alcoholic, drug addicts, gambling

addicts, there are a lot of different weight lifters.

There are a lot of different fields of endeavor that people learn, that the best way to accomplish

a big goal is to break it into the here and now because that's all you can actually
