And then authorizing the board authorize the expense of $19,000 to replace the concrete sewer line

That drains it's been there for 50, 60 years or whatever and there's tree roots growing through it

So it has to be done and that's just what it's going to be. It comes out here runs out to the street

We're going to replace that but everything's at least working after clearing it out

Today it's not so it's a good thing that the porta-potty is still here at the building

However, the repairs are going to be done soon and then hopefully everything will be working
