Have you ever felt overwhelmed thinking about how to make a goal work? I used to be so confused by what separated good, successful goals from goals that might not work.

This week, I sat down and made a list of what I think are 24 things any fantastic goal needs. I didn't want to overwhelm you, so I only put 12 in this episode. You'll have to wait until next week to find out the other 12. But let me tell you, if you have the majority of these ingredients for your goal, odds are it's worth pursuing.
