We always used to pick up a five pound block of cheese from the neighborhood dairy when we went back to see my mother's family near Appleton, Wisconsin, so I completely understand. She just couldn't find the kind of

Oh, of course not. We have, I think, over 600 different kinds and we have more master cheese makers in Wisconsin than anywhere else in the world.
