And what is your connection with Calabria, first of all? Oh Oh my husband's Calabresse and he was

born and raised here his entire family is from here so I'm married into it.

Got it. Okay.

And why should someone go to Calabria?

To explore a region of Italy that feels really undiscovered and is not overwhelmed with tourists.

It's beautiful.

And we should put it on a map first.

So I have not been to Collaborator yet because I haven't been south of Rome yet so we're south of Rome and we're on the

West coast of the boot here. Yeah, the ball the the toe, the Tyranian, and the Ionian sea. So it's right next to

Sicily. It's the part of the boot that's kicking Sicily. And if you actually head

over to Regio Calabria, where Giuseppe's dad's from,

you can see Sicily, it's beautiful, and on a really clear day,

you can actually see people walking on the boardwalk right across the street.
