Alberta. I'd like to welcome the show Jody Robbins from Travels with Baggage.com and Jody has come to

talk to us about Calgary, the gateway to the Canadian Rockies. Jody, welcome to the show.

And Jody, if you looked at your window, could you see the Canadian Rockies?

I could not, not right now, but I would see a lot of snow and here it is in mid March and

that's one of the advantages of being here is a few people know how great skiing

spring skiing here is in the month of March.

But you live in the area.

I do, I do.

Excellent.

Why should someone go to, I'm going to say to Calgary, but Calgary and the region.

And that's just it, to include the region, because what's so special about Calgary is it is an excellent

base camp for adventures. We're about an hour's drive away from Banff National Park.

This is really the crown jewel in the Parks Canada system. It's not the first national park in North America. I think one of

years in the states takes that honor, but definitely BAF national park is Canada's first national Park. I did not know that. Yeah, I think they just had
