builder, and come to talk to us about Nicaragua.

Good to be with you tonight. Yeah. And what is your

relationship to Nicaragua? My family, we moved there in 2002, my wife and my two-year-old

daughter and we built a resort property on the Pacific coast and we went for what we thought would just be two or three years to get the project started,

hire architects, engineers, builders, accounting people and by about three years into it we'd hired all those people and we

had a chief operating officer in place and my wife and I went out to dinner one

night great restaurant Casa de de lausogeros is the name of it.

And wonderful restaurant, we sat there, we made a list.

We took a piece of paper, drew a line down the middle, stay in Nicaragua, go back to the U.S.

And at the end of the evening it was very easy decision. We decided to stay a while longer and a while was 11 more years and so we ended up in Nicaragua for 14 years, which would just 14 very, very enjoyable, delightful years.
