You pitched me Provence, and not that it was a hard pitch because Provence is some place that is on my list of places to go.

But for people who haven't already fallen in love with the idea of going to Provence, where is

Provence, first of all, and why should someone go?

That's an interesting question because nobody actually agrees entirely on what is defined as

Provence. And if you talk to the French... agrees entirely on what is defined as province.
