Welcome to the amateur traveler. I'm your host Chris Christensen. Before we get into

today's interview I do have two news stories for you. The first one is the

coolest one and that is that Egypt is planning an underwater museum.

You may or may not be aware that in the harbor at Alexandria there are ruins, including perhaps the ruins of the

Lighthouse of Alexandria, that have fallen into the harbor and rather than take them all up and

put them in a museum someplace, Eunesko, along with the Egyptian government,

are planning to show that in place in situ, in the harbor in Alexandria.

Makes me want to go get Scuba certified. And the second new story might become a

familiar one this year if Times continue to get tough for the airline's Northwest flight

attendance are suing, but they're suing Delta they're trying to prevent

the merger of the two airlines. I'm not sure that's really going to help as

airlines are doing poorly we're probably going to have fewer airlines after this

year and so it's either going to be fewer airlines after this year.

And so it's either going to be mergers or somebody

going out of business.
