I'm your host, Chris Christensen. For those of you who are longtime

for those of you who are longtime listeners to the show

you'll notice that I played with the opening of the show a little bit

I'll tell you why later on in the show and just give me your feedback whether you like

this or the traditional opening better. This one is a little faster. I have two new stories for you today.

The first one is very appropriate for those of you who listened to last week's show

about cruise options.

In that particular episode, I mentioned Windjamer Barefoot Cru Cruises which happened to be one of my

favorite cruise experiences of the only three cruises that I've done and the third

one will be what we'll be talking about today. Wind Jammer is unfortunately

going through a world of hurt since that

particular episode which was originally created two years ago. I'll put a link in the

show notes to an article on Wind Jammer Barefoot Cruises the end of an empire.

But basically what's going on right now with Wind Jammer is they've had to

cancel a series of cruises and it looks like they're in some real financial straits and it is not clear at this time

whether they will recover especially because a lot of their finances because of where they're based are not public.
