Just a quick reflection for me on the year would be, as I said yesterday, how much I respect and appreciate the team and the staff and the sacrifices that everyone has made for so that we could even

have a season.

So we could play football and play it competitively.

And, you know, we worked hard throughout the course of the year to improve to try to move to, you know, a higher level,

which we did.

Spent the year trying to move to a higher level, which we did.

That was Bill Belichick this morning,

implying that his team got better as the season went on and improved,

which we definitely did, as he just said.

Well, he did say, he said the goal was to get to a higher level. He didn't say a higher level of what. So I would tell you that if the goal was to get to a higher level of sock,

wildly wild success, he's delusional.

I don't know what type of crap he's trying to sell, what he's spewing or, you know,

I have sometimes figuring out, or sometimes I throw my hands up and say,

you know what, I'm really not interested in getting back in the head of William Richard Belichick. Okay? I'm just not, I'm not interested in getting back in there. Mass, he can't handle a heat. He can't handle the criticism. Oh, God, please. It's like they didn't get better. I look at this in a very simple way. I look at them at the beginning of the season and say, what did you expect? Okay, what did you expect? Like, what did you think was going to happen? So from the beginning of the season to end, let me ask you this. In the short term, did they get better? No. Okay. In the long term, did they get better? No. Neither one. In fact, I would argue they got worse in both. So I would tell you that that is a colossal failure. Yeah, maybe he met it in the metaphorical sense, like the struggle is beautiful type of thing.

Like as we went along here, we learned more about ourselves as people. Oh, he's full of it. The team

literally got worse. And it wasn't just at quarterback. It was the whole team. Maybe, well, no, even special teams was bad because they're getting, you know, teams not respected them like the bills and the dolphins two straight weeks, completing fake punts. One gets called back against Miami. But defensively, how do you think that they played over the last three or four games? Poorly. They got worse. I think it's the worst part of the whole season. I think the worst part of this entire season, which was a fail, was the fact they didn't get better and didn't build anything.
