And the Welcome one and all live from the RNC. It has been quite a while since we've done this

approximately eight years actually but we're back back, it's back, we're here, we're still alive,

we'll see if that remains true throughout the week, dangerous territory and dangerous times as we all know.

A bit of a momentous weekend news-wise that we're going to be

breaking down for probably the whole first hour of the show understandably so and

joining us today on the first day of our live coverage from the RNC host of the

situation room Francesca Fiorentini how is it going

Oh Sean I'm so glad I'm here and not there should be right here next to me

nope pass hard pass and I'm sure if you speak in hush tones, that's because there is a cast of

R&C goers around you on a really intense week and a scary week and so you were making jokes about

being alive even before what happened on Saturday happened and now I think we are

all much more unsettled.

Yeah, I will say that, you know, I was already worried about the purple hair and now more so I'm glad that it did fade.

But anyway, we have a lot that we're to be talking about obviously.

I'm talking a little bit lower because there's literally people everywhere.

Like there's three feet to the side is a news organization.

There's people on the other side like literally walking by.
