say thank you very much for the podcast. It's been really, really helpful.

I've got three rental properties and I'm in the process of trying to buy my fourth and each time I've bought a new property,

it's been through refinancing and releasing equity on one

and more of the existing portfolio. The problem is that now that the mortgage changes are coming

into effect it's much harder to do that on LTV value alone.

And so the amount that I can raise

is getting less each time.

I'd like to keep buying, but I'm not sure

how to raise the deposit now.

Is it just a matter of saving up

or are there other options that might be out there?
