Hi Rob and Rob it's Amy here from Reading and thank you so much for your content absolutely

love the podcast.

I just had a quick question about getting started in property and in particular finding

a mental.

I currently own my own home and I'm keen to start building a portfolio and I've been

self educating through books and podcasts for a couple of years and I feel like I'm

at the stage where I'd like to take another step and I just need somebody to give me

a little bit more guidance and to bounce ideas off so I'd be really interested to know

any advice that you have for finding a great mental someone with good values who knows

what they're talking about in property.
