I'd rather this Luke calling really appreciate the podcast, it's helped massively,

and without you guys, I definitely would not be in a position where I feel confident

to purchase a property. On that though, just a stumbling block, I've come across,

and I'm spending two years of age, I'm really keen to invest in my money, and I'm looking at

standard let BTL to begin with. I'll be doing this for a limited company because it benefits me

due to the job I do and the tax implications. I'm just struggling to pick down a location,

I'm looking at the Northern Tower houses, and the read for this is due to the capital growth

I'm hoping to benefit from. I'm being priced out of the likes and man, just in Liverpool,

I'm looking at therefore to the towns, but I feel like I'm sort of being a bit too iffy

on where I'm going to buy. I think I'm looking for the perfect property. I'm mindful of buying

in the wrong area due to bad tenants, but I can't seem to gauge the confidence to the buy.

So I'm just wondering to see if you guys can recommend on some tips on when you should know,
